The active ingredients, per softgel are: Biotin 0.2 mg, Calcium 80 mg, Copper 2 mg, Folic acid 0.14 mg, Iron 10 mg, Lecithin 66 mg, Manganese 4 mg, Panax ginseng C.A Mey [(Ginseng) root, as 40 mg of a 5:1 extract] providing 200 mg dried herb equivalent, Selenium 20 mcg, Vitamin A (palmitate) 4 000 IU, Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) 2 mg, Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) 2 mg, Vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide) 18 mg, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) 2 mg, Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 10 mcg, Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid) 60 mg, Vitamin D3 200 IU, Vitamin E (dl-alpha-tocopheryl acetate) 13 IU and Zinc 1 mg.

Other ingredients: Soybean oil, beeswax, glycerine, purified water & colourants.
